What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer position at Liaise?
We’re hiring a self-starter videographer to capture the founder’s journey of Pulse, our health werable client and build highly engaging short-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Twitter. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a high-growth startup, creating content that blends lifestyle, wellness, and product storytelling.
Responsibilities- Film 4–5 days per week in San Francisco with the founder and team
- Produce 20–25 short-form video assets weekly, including shooting and editing
- Collaborate on content ideas and storytelling angles that match the Pulse brand
- Work with an editing assistant to streamline post-production
- Deliver content optimized for high engagement and platform trends
- You’re a scrappy creator with experience filming in dynamic, real-world environments
- Comfortable solo-shooting and directing founder-led footage
- Proficient in editing for short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- You understand social media trends and what makes content go viral
- Highly organized with the ability to deliver at consistent volume and high quality
- Experience filming lifestyle, tech, or wellness content is a plus
- Flexible 30–35 hour work week (with on-site shoots in SF)
