What are the responsibilities and job description for the Short-Form Content Assistant position at Liaise?
We’re looking for a San Francisco–based short-form content assistant to support our fast-growing health tech wearable brand. This role is a hybrid of creative and production support: you’ll write 16 weekly tight, scroll-stopping scripts for organic social videos (with a focus on TikTok virality), and you’ll also assist during podcast shoots with uploading, organizing, and managing content. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong pulse on social culture—specifically short-form video and who can turn raw ideas into clean, punchy scripts that feel native to TikTok and Reels. On the production side, you’ll help with on-set tasks during podcast filming sessions: organizing footage, labeling files, transferring content to cloud storage, and ensuring the team has everything needed for efficient post-production. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with operations, perfect for someone who wants to grow inside the content ecosystem of a rising tech company.
About 2-3 days a week of this will in person. During those days you will be writing scripts, while our team shoots the content, once its done being shot you will then upload the content to a google drive, name it, organize and pass it off to the editors.
This position requires you to be based in San Francisco and able to attend regular shoots. Prior experience in content creation, social media, TikTok scripting, production assistance, or podcast workflows is highly preferred.
