LI Premier Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced, motivated Physical Therapist to step into a Clinical Director / Lead Physical Therapist role at our thriving West Babylon location.

Responsibilities
As Clinical Director, you will:
- Provide exceptional orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff
- Foster a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and outstanding patient experiences
- Assist with clinic operations and day-to-day leadership
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
- Help continue the growth and success of the West Babylon clinic
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active New York Physical Therapy License
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Orthopedic experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and team development

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience, leadership background, schedule, and performance.
