What You'll Do

As one of the first voices our customers hear, you'll help create an outstanding experience from the very first phone call.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Help homeowners feel heard, cared for, and confident they've called the right company
• Make outbound calls for memberships, tune-ups, follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and unsold estimates
• Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
• Enter accurate customer information, notes, and appointments into Housecall Pro
• Process customer payments
• Work closely with our office team to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Help create a five-star customer experience on every interaction

Experience We Love

• Customer service experience
• Dispatcher or CSR experience
• Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industry (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable learning new technology and software

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch
• No evenings
• No weekends
• No on-call
