Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients regarding their payroll needs and questions
- Process and manage client payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with team members
- Handle sensitive client and payroll information with accuracy and discretion
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness and ability to work from both office locations as needed (Modesto and Waterford, CA)
- Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team environment
