Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and deliver product using a company vehicle. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with scheduled delivery responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver product in company vehicle (approximately 12 hours per week) following assigned routes and schedules
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists
- Manage inventory records, perform cycle counts, and conduct periodic inventory audits
- Assist with instrument preparation and staging for shipment or use
- Package and ship product according to company procedures and carrier requirements
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
- Complete related warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record keeping
- Ability to lift, carry, and move moderate to heavy items (typical warehouse physical demands)
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience preferred but not required
Schedule:
Full-time schedule – Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00p.m.; includes regular daytime warehouse hours and approximately 12 hours/week of scheduled driving/deliveries. Some flexibility may be required.
