Welder / Fabricator (2+ years of aluminum experience required)

LHM Tank, Inc. is looking for a full-time Welder / Fabricator to build liquid hauling tanks and trailers for the petroleum and agricultural industries. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of aluminum welding experience.

The Welder / Fabricator will report directly to the Manager.

The Welder / Fabricator Job responsibilities include:

• Fabricating aluminum
• Mig, Tig welding aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel
• Manufacturing and rolling tank shells
• Assembling pump and meter systems
• Installing cabinets on tanks and trucks
• Entering and describing work performed in a work order system

Qualifications:

• High school degree (Associates degree is a plus)
• Three years of aluminum welding experience (five or more preferred)
• Certifications are a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Proficiency with technology
• A valid driver’s license

The Welder / Fabricator is expected to work 40 – 45 hours a week.
