The Opportunity
With the support of nearly 200 colleagues across 4 US locations and a deep specialisation in the Built Environment or Clean Energy, this is your chance to take ownership of our platform in mission driven spaces. Miami is becoming a key strategic location for operations serving both North and South America.
You'll have the advantage of existing client relationships, a warm network, and the backing of the LHi brands. This role requires a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high-value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients.

- Competitive base salary $70k-$120k (negotiable depending on experience) uncapped commission (up to 50%), with half & full year bonuses

What We're Looking For
- Proven agency recruitment experience at Senior, Principal level or above
- A track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
- The ambition to capitalise on Miami's booming technology infrastructure and data center market
- Desirable experience of building out a market / niche
