We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for a growing distribution and logistics organization in Brunswick, GA. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, workforce leadership, process improvement initiatives, and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, maintain safety standards, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilitie
- sManage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution
- .Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and hourly employees to achieve operational goals
- .Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service
- .Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards
- .Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and labor utilization to meet business demands
- .Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence
- .Partner with transportation, supply chain, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations
- .Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and process bottlenecks
- .Manage warehouse budgets, equipment maintenance, and facility operations
- .Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs
