Position Summary
The VP of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all financial operations for a growing distribution company. This individual will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory and operational finance, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive business strategy, profitability, and operational performance.
- Oversee inventory accounting, working capital, warehouse operations, and distribution-related financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and reporting processes.
- Manage banking relationships, audits, tax compliance, and financial planning activities.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Prior experience within distribution, wholesale, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis, inventory management, and operational finance.
- Experience leading teams and partnering with executive leadership.
- Advanced ERP and financial systems experience.

Salary : $180,000 - $240,000
