LHH is partnering with a prestigious law firm in Naples, Florida, to find a Contract Trust & Estates Legal Assistant. This full-time, on-site role requires 40 hours a week with potential overtime.
Responsibilities:
You will work with estate planning attorneys to modify and finalize documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Duties include drafting and distributing documents, maintaining files, screening calls, managing calendars, and serving as a notary.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of legal secretarial experience in trusts and estates preferred.
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and document management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
