You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and play a critical role in shaping enterprise-level talent strategies. This is an opportunity for an experienced, corporate recruiting professional who thrives in complex, high-visibility environments and enjoys working closely with executive stakeholders. This role will support a diverse portfolio of engineering, scientific, manufacturing, and senior leadership hires, including Director-level and hard-to-fill technical positions. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive presence, and a consultative approach to recruiting.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner acts as a strategic hiring partner to internal leadership, influencing workforce planning and delivering innovative recruiting solutions for complex and high-priority searches. You will manage full-cycle recruiting while balancing tactical execution with long-term talent pipeline development. This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, stakeholder partnership, and market intelligence, requiring both hands-on recruiting expertise and the ability to advise at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, consulting on hiring strategies and workforce needs.
- Lead in-depth intake discussions to define success profiles and align hiring expectations.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, market insight, and thoughtful consultation.
Full-Cycle & Executive Recruiting:
- Own end-to-end recruiting efforts for engineering, scientific, manufacturing, and senior leadership roles.
- Successfully manage 12–15 active requisitions, with the ability to flex up to 25 as business needs increase.
- Deliver results on niche, technically complex, and high-impact leadership searches.
Search Strategy & Sourcing Excellence:
- Design customized sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles, going beyond traditional postings.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future and anticipated needs.
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing to engage passive talent.
Market Insight & Employer Representation:
- Provide stakeholders with real-time talent market intelligence and competitive insights.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and credibility in a manufacturing and executive-facing environment.
- Ensure a consistent, polished, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TA tools, systems, and practices.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation within the ATS.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or AIRS are a plus.
- 6 years of progressive, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to partner with senior and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success recruiting: engineering and scientific talent, hard-to-fill manufacturing and technical roles, and director-level and senior leadership positions.
- Executive-level communication skills and professional presence.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), LinkedIn, and major job boards.
- Proven ability to develop both strategic and tactical recruiting solutions.
- Strong influencing, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional domestic and international travel.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000
