LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a midsize stable well known consumer services firm in Indianapolis seeking a Sr. Financial Reporting Manager. This role plays a key leadership role within corporate accounting, with strong visibility across executive leadership and the parent company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead financial statement consolidation and reporting
- Support quarterly reporting to parent company
- Oversee annual financial reporting for franchise disclosures
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors
- Manage lease accounting under ASC 842
- Oversee lease accounting systems
- Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership on accounting matters
- Review key accounting estimates and reserves
- Lead technical accounting research and memos
- Manage and develop a small corporate accounting team
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls effectiveness
- Drive process improvements and automation efforts
- Support leadership with ad hoc projects and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting foundation
- CPA required
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience
- Prior experience managing or mentoring staff
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required (PeopleSoft preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
