LHH is seeking a Sales Analytics & Operations Lead | Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with sales and leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, improve CRM adoption, and deliver meaningful insights that shape business decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline, and margins
- Drive forecasting cadence and identify pipeline risks and gaps
- Strengthen CRM (Salesforce) adoption, data quality, and reporting accuracy
- Partner with sales teams to improve process consistency and accountability
- Analyze pricing, margins, and deal performance to drive profitability
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar
- Strong Salesforce experience (data integrity and reporting)
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Experience in a B2B environment (manufacturing or industrial a plus)
- Ability to connect data to business impact—not just report on it

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
