Location: Hybrid, onsite 1-2 days/week in Louisville, Kentucky

Salary: $47-53k annually depending upon experience.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm


Job Description

  • High volume producing recruiter
  • Will meet new-hires onsite weekly and walk them into first day.
  • Actively contributes to recruiting and filling monthly hiring quotes
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Subject Matter Expert for new hires


Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills
  • Agency staffing experience preferred but not required
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Salary : $47,000 - $53,000
