Recruiter - Accounting and Finance

LHH is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiting Professional for a one-year contract opportunity with our client in McLean, VA. This hybrid role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a strong background sourcing and placing accounting and finance talent in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Accounting & Finance Recruiter

Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for accounting and finance positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified accounting and finance professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking techniques to identify top talent.
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
