LHH is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented professional to support customized product and print production initiatives for a part-time contract position in Charlotte, NC. This role will focus on executing made-to-order and print-based programs from initial concept through final delivery. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day execution of customized and print-based production programs from concept approval through shipment
- Collaborate with product-focused teams to evaluate and support customized solutions and market-driven concepts
- Assist with developing and refining design concepts using approved tools and guidelines
- Translate finalized creative assets into actionable production plans and clear print instructions
- Coordinate production schedules, job sequencing, and equipment utilization
- Monitor daily activity across printing, packaging, and fulfillment readiness
- Ensure all materials, approvals, and test runs are completed prior to production launch
- Track print quality, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions when needed
- Act as a point of escalation for production issues, including material availability and workflow disruptions
- Prioritize work orders to meet deadlines and customer commitments
- Measure and report on key operational metrics such as output, turnaround time, quality, and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce setup time, and increase scalability
- Partner with warehouse and fulfillment teams to coordinate inventory staging and finished goods movement
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders and external partners to improve execution
- Monitor operational costs, including waste reduction and throughput optimization
- Support alignment of processes and best practices across broader teams
Qualifications:
- Exposure to print production, product customization, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, and supply chain teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting production workflows, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
