LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist for a growing organization in Portland, OR. As a Medical Receptionist, you will provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities. As our Medical Front Office Superstar, you'll be the heartbeat of patient care, ensuring seamless administrative support and providing exceptional service every step of the way.

Be the friendly face patients see first, managing calls and greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.
Master the art of scheduling to optimize patient flow and convenience.
Keep the administrative gears turning smoothly by processing insurance verifications, authorizations and referrals.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs like a pro, collecting co-pays and delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a must; experience with NextGen/Epic software is a bonus!
- Bring your A-game in organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Show us your proactive and outgoing personality, with a drive to excel in patient service.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is a must, along with a valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in a medical front office role is essential.
- Bonus points if you're bilingual in English/Spanish!
