Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Downtown Bellevue, WA
Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week | $78,000–$110,000 DOE (higher possible for senior candidates)
On-site w/ Flexibility (4 days on-site initially; potential for 3 over time)
LHH is working with a growing mid-size law firm in Downtown Bellevue, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support a full-time litigator and several real estate attorneys. This position includes a mix of litigation support, real estate/land use tasks, and administrative responsibilities. Candidates should enjoy a collaborative, team-focused environment and have strong King County experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, memos, and correspondence
- Format, finalize, and file court documents; manage litigation files and deadlines
- Support e-discovery, trial preparation, depositions, and witness scheduling
- Conduct legal research and assist with document production
- Support real estate matters, including unlawful detainers and land use (training provided)
- Administrative support: scanning, calendaring, expense reports, meeting coordination
- Assist with CLE tracking, bar renewals, and various internal processes
Qualifications
- 2 years litigation experience (King County required); 3 years preferred
- Ability and willingness to learn real estate and land use work
- Strong drafting, filing, and case management skills
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks as part of the role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced workload
