Employment Type: Contract (estimated 16-week assignment, with potential for longer-term consideration based on business needs)
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Seattle-based firm seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support HR and administrative operations. This is a fully on-site opportunity ideal for someone with prior HR or legal administrative experience who is highly organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance renewal forms and respond to employee benefits-related questions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including checklists, documentation, and personnel file maintenance
- Provide support through the HR Helpdesk and assist with project-based administrative tasks
- Audit HR-related invoices and maintain accurate records
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Scan, organize, and maintain personnel files in accordance with firm procedures
- Partner with HR leadership and the COO on workload planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HR, legal administrative support, or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional demeanor with sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal administrative environments or terminology preferred
- Process-oriented mindset with an interest in improving workflows and systems
