Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the Inside Sales team
- Track sales performance, KPIs, and quality standards
- Oversee order management, pricing updates, RMAs, and customer data
- Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and support customers
- Support business development and revenue goals
Qualifications:
- 5 years of inside sales experience, including people leadership
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries preferred
