We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage local and global projects, including a multi-year ERP transformation. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing projects to achieve deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead IT projects / programs of large size, global reach, and critical importance, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Align project goals and objectives with the company’s overall strategy by working with various stakeholders across the global organization.
- Communicate regularly and effectively across the organization, including up to the executive level.
- Manage external partners and suppliers to ensure alignment with the organization’s interests.
- Support Organizational Change Management activities critical to program success.
