Our client, a well-established industry leader, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support one or more business units while leading a team of HR professionals across multiple locations. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with business leadership to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR operational excellence.



The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong relationships throughout the organization, and has a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience

Key Responsibiliti

esStrategic HR Business Partnersh

  • ipServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment law, employee relations, performance management, and organizational developmen
  • t.Partner with leadership teams to align human capital initiatives with business objective
  • s.Support and influence regional HR strategy, departmental goals, and continuous improvement initiative

s.Employee Relations & Engageme

  • ntFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that promotes employee wellbeing, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusio
  • n.Build strong relationships with employees at all levels through regular on-site interaction and suppor
  • t.Address employee concerns, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate effective resolution of workplace issue

s.Talent Acquisition & Talent Manageme

  • ntLead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both experienced professionals and early-career talen
  • t.Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies that support workforce planning objective
  • s.Oversee candidate screening, interview processes, onboarding, and internal mobility initiative
  • s.Collaborate with corporate talent management teams to execute succession planning and talent development program

s.Leadership & Team Developme

  • ntManage and mentor Human Resources Generalists and/or HR Administrators across multiple location
  • s.Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to HR team member
  • s.Support annual performance management processes and talent review activitie

s.HR Operations & Continuous Improveme

  • ntEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal employment law
  • s.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and service deliver
  • y.Leverage HRIS and talent management systems to support workforce initiatives and reportin

Qualificati

onsRequi

  • redBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fie
  • ld.Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experien
  • ce.At least 3 years of people leadership or supervisory experien
  • ce.Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and talent developme
  • nt.Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skil
  • ls.Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organizati
  • on.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related syste

ms.Prefer

  • redPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certificati
  • on.Experience within construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related project-based environmen
  • ts.Background supporting large, complex organizatio
  • ns.Familiarity with Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management initiativ
  • es.Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership tea
