- Support attorneys with complex HOA and community association matters
- Assist with homeowner enforcement issues and payment plan coordination
- Prepare and manage HOA‑related pleadings, correspondence, and filings
- Track deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Assist with partial collections and compliance matters
- Communicate with homeowners, boards, and property management companies
- Support litigation matters (no trial work required)
QUALIFICATIONS
- HOA, real estate, or litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Strong organizational and deadline‑management skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal training
- Professional communication skills
