Tenant Services Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tenant Services Coordinator to support daily property management operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely resolution of service requests, smooth lease administration, and an overall positive tenant experience. Ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow within property management or real estate operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and routine property inspections
- Support lease administration activities including renewals, terminations, and documentation updates
- Address tenant concerns and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit assessments
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and completed work
- Contribute to monthly reporting on tenant service activities and operational metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams (accounting, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless tenant service delivery
- Support initiatives focused on improving tenant satisfaction and retention
What You’ll Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, tenant support, or property management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to service issues
- Working knowledge of lease agreements and general rental regulations (preferred)
- Familiarity with basic building maintenance concepts (preferred)
