What You'll Do
- Lead electrical design efforts from concept through construction
- Develop building electrical systems for complex projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Perform QA/QC reviews and technical oversight
- Prepare reports, specifications, calculations, and design documents
- Serve as a trusted client-facing engineering resource
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
- Contribute to proposal development and project pursuits

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
- 6 years of electrical engineering experience within the A/E consulting industry
- Strong experience designing building electrical systems
- Project management experience
- Ability to lead project teams and coordinate across disciplines
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and standards
Preferred Experience
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Electrical design and calculation software experience
- Healthcare, education, commercial, aviation, government, or data center project experience
- Sustainable design and energy-efficiency experience
- LEED Accreditation or related certifications

Compensation
Base Salary: $140,000–$180,000
