What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Coordinator position at LHH?
The eCommerce Coordinator is a hands-on execution role supporting Amazon Seller Central operations across North American marketplaces. This is a hybrid opportunity, 4 days a week on-site and 1 day remote located in Midtown Manhattan. This position partners closely with account management to oversee listing execution, support account health initiatives, coordinate inventory and shipment workflows, and ensure operational accuracy across both regions.
This role also collaborates with cross-functional partners on product setup and maintenance, executing from established templates and workflows while helping maintain catalog quality across a large SKU portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, manages competing priorities well, and is focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

- Listing Execution and Catalog Support is focused on managing product listings in Amazon Seller Central, including setting up SKUs, variations, and product details. You’ll help keep listings accurate and consistent across launches, while also troubleshooting errors and making sure everything meets platform requirements.
- Account Health and Compliance involves keeping an eye on performance metrics and policy alerts, jumping in to help resolve issues, and staying on top of any suppressed listings or compliance flags to keep the account in good standing.
- Marketplace Execution is about supporting the day-to-day flow of the business, including maintaining listings, coordinating shipments, assisting with FBA, and tracking overall performance.
- Operational Support and Process Improvement includes keeping trackers and workflows up to date, working closely with cross-functional teams, and finding ways to streamline processes and make things more efficient.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or marketplace operations and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Large catalogs with consistency and accuracy. Exposure to operational workflows such as FBA shipments, inventory coordination, or fulfillment support is important.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are required, along with a problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency and quality improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
- Experience with tools such as Airtable, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout is a plus.
