LHH is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Director for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader with deep expertise in local service ads (LSA), Google Business Profile, paid media, and full-funnel digital strategy. The ideal candidate brings at least 8 years of digital marketing experience, prior people leadership experience, and a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. This is a fully onsite opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, local acquisition channels, and web presence to support business growth.
- Own and optimize Local Service Ads (LSA) strategy, including budget allocation, lead quality analysis, performance reporting, and ongoing testing.
- Manage and enhance Google Business Profile performance, including local visibility, listing optimization, review strategy, and location-based search performance.
- Oversee paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
- Create and execute digital strategies that improve lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team, setting priorities, managing performance, and building team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align messaging, campaign strategy, and business objectives across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and results.
- Stay current on digital trends, local search developments, and platform updates to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, digital strategy, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in Local Service Ads (LSA) and Google Business Profile strategy and optimization.
- Experience in a multi-location, local-market, or service-based business environment is highly preferred.
- Prior leadership experience with direct team management responsibility.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics across major digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic oversight with executional detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
