We’re partnering with a leading organization in a highly technical, regulated industry seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on test automation and performance testing.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll own automation, CI/CD pipeline evolution, and performance validation—acting as a key bridge between development and QA.

🧠What You’ll Be Doing
âś… Automation & Quality Engineering
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks for modern web applications
- Own UI test automation (Selenium, Playwright, SpecFlow, etc.)
- Enhance test coverage, stability, and execution speed
- Integrate testing (UI, functional, performance) into CI pipelines
⚡ Performance & Scalability
- Execute load, performance, and scale testing
- Identify bottlenecks and partner with engineering to improve system performance
- Validate system behavior under real-world usage conditions
đź”§ DevOps & CI/CD
- Own and evolve Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Improve release workflows and feedback cycles
- Automate processes to reduce manual overhead
- Troubleshoot pipeline, build, and environment issues independently
🤝 Ownership & Collaboration
- Serve as the technical bridge between QA and Development
- Operate with high autonomy and accountability
- Communicate risks, findings, and improvement opportunities clearly
✅ What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- Experience in DevOps, QA Automation, or SDET roles
- Strong background in test automation for web applications
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, SpecFlow, or similar frameworks
- Proven experience in performance/load testing
- Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines)
- Working knowledge of C# in Windows development environments
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
- API and integration testing experience
- Familiarity with tools like JMeter, k6, or similar
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
- Experience owning automation or DevOps functions end-to-end
