Corporate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a corporate transactional paralegal to join a well regarded firm in the York, PA area! This firm offers exceptional benefits, paid time off, 401K matching, free parking and a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate formation documents, annual reports, dissolutions, amendments
• Organize and maintain corporate minute books
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions
• Draft various corporate documents, resolutions, contract review
• Conduct legal research regarding regulatory matters
• UCC filings as well as state and federal filings
• Manage deadlines and the database
• Work with clients and various government agencies updating statuses

Qualifications

• Experience supporting attorneys within the corporate transactional space, M&A or commercial real estate
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
• Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department or banking institution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Understanding of corporate governance
