Overview
Corporate Controller role with a growing, PE-backed company. This leader will own accounting, financial reporting, close, and internal controls while partnering closely with the CFO and PE sponsor. Hands-on role with visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close; ensure GAAP-compliant financials
- Oversee all accounting functions
- Manage audits, tax filings, lender and PE reporting
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and M&A/integration activity
- Lead and develop the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred, not required
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership
- Experience in PE-backed, mid-sized, manufacturing/distribution, or similar environments
- Strong GAAP, close, and audit experience
- ERP experience preferred (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
