Corporate Accountant

Primary responsibilities of the Staff Accountant role include:
- Daily processing of accounting transactions
- Preparing and posting journal entries for multiple business units
- Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Analyzing financial statements for trends and discrepancies
- Generating timely financial reports for management review
- Assisting with external audit requests and special projects as needed
Primary qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferred
- 2 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP software
- Initiative, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
