Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Build and enhance accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with operational leaders to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop an accounting team
- Drive process improvements and system optimization
- Support ongoing growth initiatives and organizational scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- 2 years of accounting leadership experience
- Experience improving processes and building scalable accounting functions
- Inventory accounting experience preferred
- Experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, construction, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, or other operationally intensive industries preferred
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
