What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at LHH?
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support the coordination and management of provider contracts that directly impact patient care. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring contracts are processed accurately, tracked effectively, and aligned across teams helping providers deliver essential services to vulnerable communities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review, organize, and upload contract documents into internal systems (drafting support, redlines, version control, routing for signature, tracking execution)
- Track key contract dates, renewals, and milestones
- Manage and triage incoming contract-related communications
- Partner cross-functionally with teams like Legal, Credentialing, and Provider Relations
- Support reporting and process improvements related to contract management
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting working with contracts, credentialing, provider relations, or insurance processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Organized, proactive, and communicative
Nice to have:
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models (fee-for-service, etc.)
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle processes
