Responsibilities:
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Conduct title work and title searches with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform due diligence: title and survey review, zoning research, UCC searches
- Coordinate closings and manage post-closing tasks
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong knowledge of title work and title searches
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
