Loan Closing Specialist | Fortune 500 Banking Client
We’re looking for a Loan Closing Specialist to join a Fortune 500 Banking Client supporting the Syndicated & Corporate Lending Credit Fulfilment Team. If you have experience with Loan IQ, commercial lending, loan booking/funding, or credit operations, this is an excellent opportunity to work on complex corporate lending transactions in a high-performing banking environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Review credit agreements to determine pricing, contract terms, and funding requirements
- Book and close syndicated and corporate loans within the Loan IQ system
- Enter, validate, and maintain loan data accurately in the system of record
- Partner with deal teams to collect documentation, resolve questions, and ensure closing readiness
- Review loan documents for accuracy, compliance, and fulfilment requirements
- Support funding, servicing, and operational activities throughout the loan lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and occasionally interact with agent banks
What You Bring:
- Experience with Loan IQ (required) or similar loan management platforms
- Banking, finance, commercial lending, credit operations, or loan servicing experience
- Strong understanding of credit agreements and loan documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
📍 Location: Charlotte, NC OR Plano, TX (hybrid schedule once fully trained)
💵 Pay: $29 – $32 per hour
