LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its collaborative accounting team. Responsibilities of this AR Specialist include:
- Manage an assigned portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
- Research, process, and resolve customer deductions and account discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations
- Utilize customer portals to monitor account activity, submit documentation, and resolve payment issues
- Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment concerns
- Prepare reports and maintain detailed account records
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing account documentation and analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience supporting large customer accounts
- Strong account reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and larger ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage priorities independently while working effectively within a team
