They value teamwork, integrity, and innovation. In partnership we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR Collections Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from their clients. You will work closely with our finance and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate collections.
Key Responsibilities Of This Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist Job Include:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances.
- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status.
- Manage aging report.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experienced working in the construction industry as a AR/Collections/Project Coordinator/Project Administrator/Project Accounting type capacity.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
