We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative III to join a leading client in Franklin, TN or Phoenix, AZ. Qualified candidates should have experience in accounts receivable, customer invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and customer service within a fast-paced accounting or healthcare environment. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is preferred.
Position – Accounts Receivable Representative III
Locations – Franklin, TN or Phoenix, AZ
Work Type – Hybrid
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• First 1–2 weeks will be fully onsite for training
• After training: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
What you'll do
• Process and record customer payments, invoices, and account transactions accurately
• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable activities and related administrative duties
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
• Support month-end and reporting activities as needed
• Utilize accounting and invoicing software to process transactions and maintain data integrity
• Answer customer and internal calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Collaborate with accounting team members and provide backup support when needed
• Assist with project-based assignments and special accounting initiatives
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
What you will have
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, or related accounting functions
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
