LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Indianapolis to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a direct hire opportunity. This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable processing
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data within ERP systems and customer portals
- Utilize Excel for data entry, formulas, and basic reporting
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Cross-train within Accounts Payable to support overall accounting operations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems and online portals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working within structured processes
- Team-oriented with a willingness to cross-train
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation:
- $48,000 – $52,000 annually, based on experience
