LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization in the Coconut Creek area to add an Accounting Manager to their team.This is a high-visibility role reporting into executive leadership, ideal for a strong full-cycle GL professional ready to step into a leadership position with a clear path to Controller.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager with strong general ledger ownership and month-end close experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working onsite in an operational manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities• Own and oversee full-cycle general ledger accounting • Lead and manage month-end close process • Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations • Oversee accruals, prepaids, and intercompany entries • Review P&L and investigate variances • Ensure GL accuracy and clean financial reporting • Partner with leadership on process improvements and internal controls • Provide oversight and guidance to accounting staffQualifications• Strong full-cycle GL experience required • Experience owning and leading month-end close • Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred • Cost accounting exposure a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • ERP experience required (Sage 100 a plus) • Must be comfortable working onsite Monday–FridayCompensation & Benefits• Up to ~$120,000 base salary • Discretionary bonus • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with 4% company matchGrowth OpportunityThis role offers a defined path to grow into a Controller-level position as the organization continues to scale.Interview Process• Virtual interview with leadership • Virtual HR interview • Onsite final interview • OfferThis search is being conducted confidentially.
