This role is open due to active hiring needs and offers a fast-moving interview process, strong visibility to executive leadership, and a clear path for advancement. The organization is open to both: Proven Accounting Managers / Controllers (plug-and-play leadership) High-performing Senior Cost Accountants ready to step into leadership Compensation $120K – $135K for experienced Controller-level candidates $105K – $115K for high-potential step-up candidates About the Role This position will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, drive accuracy in financial reporting, and lead process improvements across the accounting function. You’ll partner closely with leadership to improve financial visibility, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency—particularly across cost accounting and inventory-driven processes.
