What You'll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
- Partner closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to drive business performance
- Develop financial models and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
- Own manufacturing cost accounting, including labor, materials, overhead, and variance analysis
- Monitor key operational and financial KPIs, providing recommendations for performance improvement
- Support capital investment evaluations, cost-saving initiatives, and profitability analysis
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, and compliance with internal controls and GAAP
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and audit support
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or other product-based environments
- Background in public accounting and/or industry accounting preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities
- Experience working with ERP systems
