Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team at the direction of TA Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition team at the direction of TA Leadership.
- Requisition auditing and updating in Applicant Tracking System, Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Refreshing requisitions and job postings
- Auditing of job postings
- Weekly and monthly reporting on recruitment activity.
- Scheduling of TA Leadership and Department Meetings.
- Management and organization of Talent Acquisition Team documents and files
- Update training material for both recruiters and hiring managers related to recruitment
- Organize deliverables and infrastructure for recruiting projects.
- Monitor and report on Talent Acquisition resources (Indeed contacts, Text Recruit usage)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and ExperienceEducation & Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 year of admin/support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills
