Role Description The Front-End Web Developer UI/UX role is a full-time, on-site position based in Weymouth, MA. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining user-friendly, responsive interfaces for the company’s website and digital platforms. Daily tasks include implementing UI/UX designs, optimizing site performance, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and collaborating with marketing, product, and IT teams to support business goals. The individual in this role will translate user and business requirements into intuitive web experiences, maintain design consistency, and participate in testing and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Responsive Web Design experience, with the ability to create accessible, mobile-first layouts and optimize for various devices.
- Web Development capabilities, including integration with APIs and understanding of web standards and performance best practices.
- Back-End Web Development familiarity, such as working with server-side technologies or CMS platforms to support front-end implementation.
