Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with residential construction and remodeling experience to oversee and manage construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction management and project coordination with at least 5 years of experience. If you don't have residential construction experience please do not apply. This is a working project manager position so the candidate must be familiar and able to perform all duties required on a residential construction site.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate construction and remodeling projects, as well as manage, supervise, and train employees on the jobsite
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Assist with coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Required Skills:
- Residential construction management experience is an absolute must
- Proficiency in construction management
- Strong understanding of construction sites and processes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Project management expertise
- Proficient in project scheduling and coordination as well as identifying opportunities and obstacles
