We are seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand's voice and visual presence through social media, content creation, photography, videography, and podcast production. Working with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, this position creates content that strengthens our brand, supports driver recruitment, and engages our team and community.
This is an in-person position located at our Omaha Headquarters office. Schedule is 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with engaging, on-brand content.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos to support recruiting, safety, training, and maintenance.
- Capture photos for marketing materials.
- Produce the Driver Stories podcast, including scheduling, recording, and editing.
- Develop creative campaigns that showcase our people and culture.
- Monitor marketing and recruitment analytics and measure campaign performance.
- Write blog posts related to the trucking industry and company news.

- Ability to learn new marketing tools and platforms.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
- Experience creating and editing video and photo content.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Podcast recording and editing experience (preferred).
