What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Personal Assistant position at LGR Law, LLC?
We are seeking an extremely motivated and organized Bilingual Assistant (Spanish/English) to join our legal team as an office assistant and personal assistant to managing attorney, in a busy Cedar Grove law office. Should be available to work between 30 - 40 hours a week at our Cedar Grove, NJ office. Tasks include answering and making telephone calls, filing, scanning, updating case lists and other documents, creating, updating and organizing files, saving documents on Microsoft and Google Drive, organizing our cloud drives, working on office procedures, speaking to clients and families, making appointments, managing office supplies, keeping track of calendars, reviewing attorneys' emails, making sure office equipment is in working condition and efficient, working closely with attorney and her calendar. Must have great telephone skills and a wonderful telephone persona, be technically savvy, and be able to work independently and in a team setting. Must have a car. Must be able to multi-task and able to work independently.
