About LOTTE Global Logistics

Founded in 1967, LOTTE is a global business group. LOTTE Global Logistics provides warehousing, transportation, 3PL, forwarding, and supply-chain solutions focused on safe, reliable execution.

Position Summary

The Inventory Manager owns inventory integrity for the Dallas mobile service-parts warehouse and maintains accurate, traceable, audit-ready inventory across general storage, high-value material, battery-related product, returns, and other inventory statuses. The role leads cycle counting, physical inventory, variance investigation, WMS/N-ERP reconciliation, FIFO/aging controls, reporting, and corrective action.

About the Dallas MX Operation

This position supports LOTTE Global Logistics' Dallas/Fort Worth-area startup for Samsung GPCA MX. The operation supports mobile service-parts warehousing, including inbound receiving and put-away, inventory control, outbound fulfillment and shipping, high-value product handling, and battery-related materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the current inventory-accuracy expectation of at least 99.95% and maintain controls designed to prevent avoidable shrink, loss, and damage.
  • Lead priority cycle counts, including the current minimum of 400 counts per day, and coordinate requested random counts and variance follow-up.
  • Ensure discrepancies are researched within the current four-business-hour expectation and approved WMS adjustments/material-document references are completed within the current 48-hour turnaround.
  • Lead semi-annual physical inventories and transition/custody-transfer counts, including blind counts, recounts, variance research, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain location accuracy, FIFO, aging/expiration controls, part/serial traceability, bin discipline, high-value cage controls, and battery-storage inventory controls.
  • Prepare accurate inventory reports and partner with operations leaders to identify transaction errors at the source and implement permanent corrective actions.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Expert knowledge of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, variance investigation, reconciliation, adjustments, and shrink prevention.
  • Hands-on SAP and WMS/ERP experience supporting inventory transactions, material movement, location control, traceability, and reconciliation.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/data-analysis skills with the ability to reconcile large data sets and explain inventory movement and financial impact.
  • Strong understanding of FIFO, aging/expiration controls, high-value inventory, battery-related storage, returns/RMA, and audit evidence.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, accounting, analytics, or a related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Five or more years of progressive warehouse inventory-control experience, including leadership responsibility, preferred. Demonstrated experience sustaining at least 99.9% inventory accuracy in a complex multi-SKU environment strongly preferred.

Work Requirements

  • Full-time, exempt, on-site leadership role, hours must flex to operational volume, inventories, audits, customer requirements, and approved special projects.
  • Limited travel may be required.
