Job Description

Role Overview

We want a commercially oriented, self-motivated Associate Marketing Program Manager to guide marketing program planning and campaign delivery for our Reagent Components product portfolio, encompassing enzymes, antibodies, antigens, virus-like particles (VLPs), competent cells, and disease state materials (DSM). This portfolio supports vital applications in IVD development, molecular diagnostics, pharma/biopharma research, QC testing, and assay development.

This role will design and deliver global, full-funnel marketing programmes that increase demand, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning in life sciences and therapeutics markets. Success requires a combination of critical thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to collaborate across functions such as Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Commercial Operations.

The successful candidate will bring a growth mindset, scientific curiosity, and strong collaborator management. They must translate complex technical capabilities into clear, commercially relevant messages for key customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the entire campaign strategy and delivery for our Reagent Components product portfolio—from initial concept to launch, monitoring results, and refinement—aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Deliver full-funnel, multichannel campaigns including digital, content, events, and email. These campaigns support strategic account growth, cross-sell, and upsell goals. Develop automated nurture streams to engage prospects and move leads efficiently through the funnel.
  • Develop and apply organic social media strategies, including the creation of template LinkedIn posts and guidance to support consistent messaging and engagement across the wider LGC team.
  • Plan and organize tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, booth preparation, promotions, collateral, and cross-functional coordination to ensure flawless execution.
  • Drive new business and expansion through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-priority segments and customer needs.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Management to guarantee that messaging, targeting, and timing remain closely coordinated with business priorities.
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign development, using experimentation to optimize messaging, channels, and tactics, iterating based on performance insights.
  • Manage campaign-related lead imports and perform initial QA checks to ensure leads are routed correctly. Follow-up can then proceed smoothly. Partner with the Marketing Operations team for system support when needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales to produce and share sales enablement materials (e.g. sell sheets and follow-up templates) that support effective outreach, improve conversion, and reinforce campaign messaging.
  • Proactively build internal and external networks to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights. Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to help shape campaign messaging. This also uncovers unmet needs and strengthens go-to-market strategies.
  • Clearly communicate marketing plans, priorities, and campaign outcomes to internal collaborators through regular updates, dashboards, and presentations—ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared accountability across teams.
  • Develop and manage campaign assets in partnership with internal or external content creators, ensuring relevance to key customer personas.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (MQLs, conversion rates, return on investment), providing insights and recommendations to improve impact.
  • Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale execution and enhance targeting, segmentation, and content efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and guidelines across the wider team.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a strategic marketing partner to internal collaborators.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • At least two years of experience (or equivalent) in marketing within life sciences, molecular biology, IVD, diagnostics, or bio-manufacturing.
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to recombinant proteins, enzyme manufacturing, assay development, molecular biology workflows, virus-like particles and/or competent cells is desirable.
  • Strong track record of developing and accomplishing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with full-funnel campaign planning, including nurture streams, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Commercially focused with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot); experience with reporting and dashboards a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and motivated by a focus on growth and ongoing enhancement.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (domestically and internationally) for team meetings, events, or customer engagement.
