Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and special requests.
• Support dietary aides in serving meals that meet specific dietary requirements.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the service provided.

Skills

• Previous experience in fine dining or the food industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service best practices.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
